I’m look upon the sun that has set
I see beyond the normal
I feel past the usual
I desire the divine presence of God
The hues touch me deep inside
Creates an appetite to aspire to where God resides
I recognize
I contemplate
I attune myself to transition
To pay attention
To retain my passion
All this and more at the joyous gaze of the sun going down.
